Our first priority with any program is your safety, health and well being. That means we take the time to get to know where you have been on your fitness journey, what present limitations you may have on physical activity, and what your immediate and longer term goals are. We insist on developing proper technique in all movement, whether it be a simple pushup, alternating one-hand kettlebell swings, or a jab-right cross combination. Proper technique and exercise appropriateness are prioritized over workload or arbitrary rep counts (but don't worry, you will sweat and you will feel a burn).
We will design an innovative and varied program that is tailor-made to the areas you want to address. We want to provide you with the tools to take control of your fitness and, with that in mind, many of the exercises and stretches we show you can be done on your own at home, the park or other facilities.
